Commit to Your 3 Days
Once you accept an assignment, we count on you. Show up on time and complete all three scheduled shifts.
Earn Up to $25/Hour
$20/hour base wage plus $5/hour Attendance & Reliability Premium when you complete the full weekly assignment and meet attendance and punctuality requirements.

The $5/hour Attendance & Reliability Premium is earned when all requirements of the weekly assignment are met. Base pay is paid for all hours actually worked.

No. This is a flexible part-time employment program.
Does the Flexible Part-Time program include Poclain's standard full-time benefits?+
This program is designed as part-time employment and does not include participation in Poclain's standard full-time employee benefit programs, subject to applicable law and plan eligibility requirements.
Is work guaranteed every week?+
No. Available assignments depend on Poclain's production requirements. You can apply for available assignments for the following week.
Can I choose individual days?+
No. Employees apply for a complete three-day work block.
Can I work overtime?+
Flexible Part-Time employees are not normally scheduled or authorized for overtime.
Can I become a permanent Poclain employee?+
Yes. Flexible Part-Time employees can apply for available permanent full-time positions at any time.
